Ok so we don't know who we're playing yet but we know what factions and maps will be played in each week. Here goes:

Snowy Village: Sarranids vs Swadia

Reveran Village: Swadia vs Vaegirs

Week 8:

Nord Town: Sarranids vs Vaegirs

Snowy Village: Nords vs Rhodoks

Week 9:

Port Assault: Swadia vs Swadia

Field by the river: Rhodoks vs Vaegirs

Week 10:

San'di'boush: Sarranids vs Swadia

All of this means we will be playing the following factions this many times:

Swadians: 14
Vaegirs: 11
Sarranids: 8
Rhodoks: 4
Nords: 3

Eugh. Swadians. I want more Rhodoks.

Not going to lie. But thats hard to believe thats been picked randomly... due to the fact its an unlikely chance that swadia would get pick 14 and nords only 3 times... then again, it has been proven it is possible.

I have a feeling Captain Lust in the back of his mind might have been thinking of the archers and cavalry especially in this cycle. Swadia, Vaegir and Sarranid are the top 3 factions which are to be played, all having capable ranged and cavalry.

I'm probably just a tad paranoid, DeutchRitter (DR) the clan Lust is in, they have superb archers and formidable cavalry players, maybe the selection of factions is intentional?

Hmm i reckon it's gotta be random, i don't reckon he'd do that tbh.

I know, but it seems really wierd that those kind of factions occur far many times than others. Ah well, thats randomness. Basically saying how it seems too random for it to be random... If you get what I mean.

I wouldn't dwell on it. It's a dangerous road to travel down and in the end matters little. What matters is that we get in there and play like we mean it.

I have to say, I'm not too concerned with what I see. Swadia isn't exciting or particularly powerful, but its troops are manageable in capable hands. Frankly, any troops can be well used in good hands. And we have a lot of capable hands in this clan.

Well, you have more than enough excellent ranged players Stubs. You, Deacon and I are very capable cavarly, and I'm almost certain we have others skilled with a lance. And don't forget with Laisha and Tragic skirmishing (Both competent throwing to say the least), we can take the range/cavalry side, and then our clan's melee prowess will *hopefully* let us grind our way through.

Not to mention Azan knows how just about everyone fights.

I'd say we can do alright Stubs, don't worry

I have to agree,this doesnt seem very...random.
Almost every single week has a swadian match...and often several times.

I will see what I can do against archers If needed ;-}
